Finally finished downloading your Xdrive files except the *.mov ones. I'll save those for another day. You seem to have thought of everything - "Plantings should all be on drip irrigation system with timed watering sessions to allow maintenance when the house is unoccupied" - even the plants!
Why is the description titled "Hypar Bach"? I don't see any hypars, though the design is logically crisp ala Bach.
If an architectural project in Raglan, NZ does in any way resemble Monadnock, please share pictures!
